High Plains Surgical Associates is a participating provider with several major insurance plans. These companies are in network and makes our payments easy to process. We are happy to provide a list of these insurance plans upon request. We will file all insurance claims in our office, but our staff can not guarantee your eligibility and coverage. Be sure to check with your insurer's member benefits department about services and physicians before your appointment.
